The campaign to have settlement wines truthfully labelled as products made in illegal Israeli settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territories largely rests on policy questions and legal status which necessarily involves agencies of the Canadian government and soon the Federal Court of Canada. Below is a list of documents (in chronological order) submitted and received, including documents which were not received:

2017- Mar-31 Letter of Complaint by David Kattenburg to Canadian Food Inspection Agency. Copy of letter in jpg format (3 pages)

2017-Jul-XX Missing -  No notice received by the complainant David Kattenburg from Canadian Food Inspection Agency regarding positive ruling on his complaint. However, Bnai Brith, a Jewish-Canadian organization did somehow learn about it before the complainant.

2017-Jul-11 Directive issued by LCBO to store managers regarding removing settlement wines from store shelves. Copy of letter in jpg format (1 page)

2017-Jul-13 Missing  - No notice received regarding the reversal of the original ruling by the complainant, David Kattenburg from Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
